One of the first residential ventures returning back into the central business district of Columbus Ohio was undertaken by developer Jeff Edwards. The blocks of open car lots in this district were acquired, then re-envisioned as a neighborhood with a series of small pocket parks.
Our work included site development studies, framework planning, boulevard and streetscape details(born out of love of Lincoln Park in Chicago), as well as being the architect of record on most of the condominium buildings on Gay Street, and a design architect on the 5 story apartments on Long Street.
